Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital: Detention Alternatives After School ProgramThe Detention Alternative After-School Program (DAASP) began in 2005 as a pilot therapeutic program offered to youth ages of 12 - 16 who are referred by Broome County Probation Department and by Broome County Family Court.
